Return and Withdrawal Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer in Sweden, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. This period starts the day after you receive your goods.
2. Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase within the 14-day period. You can do this by:
- Completing and submitting the standard withdrawal form provided with your order confirmation.
- Sending an email to customercare@yuvaa.se stating your intention to withdraw.
Please include your name, address, order number, and details of the items you wish to return.
3. Returning the Goods
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw:
- You must return the goods to us within 14 days.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless we have agreed otherwise.
- The goods should be returned in their original packaging and condition.
4. Inspection of Goods
You may inspect the goods to determine their nature and functioning, similar to how you would in a physical store. However, if the goods are used or handled beyond what is necessary for such an inspection, you may be held responsible for any diminished value.
5. Refunds
Once we receive the returned goods:
- We will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, we will process your refund within 14 days.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have agreed otherwise.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have a short shelf life.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Goods that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
7. Complaints and Defective Products
If you receive a defective product or if your product becomes faulty:
- You have the right to file a complaint within three years of purchase.
- Contact us as soon as possible with your order details and a description of the issue.
- We will assess the product and, if found defective, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
